Who We Are

Established in 2026, TAVICO SEAFOOD focuses on seafood trading and export from Vietnam.

Our business builds on the seafood processing and trading foundation of Ba Thao Seafood Private Enterprise in Ca Mau, operating since 2009. Ba Thao has experience in both direct seafood exports and processing seafood for exporting companies.

TAVICO manages international buyer communication, product requirements, quotations, documentation coordination and order follow-up. Combining Ba Thao's processing experience with the founder's background in logistics and agricultural export trade, we work directly with buyers to clarify requirements and coordinate supply arrangements for each order.

Our Supply Foundation in Ca Mau

TAVICO SEAFOOD's shrimp is processed at Ba Thao Seafood Private Enterprise (tax code 1900400891) in Vinh My, Ca Mau — a business operating in seafood since 2009, with experience supplying the domestic market, exporting directly, and processing for other export companies.

Because we work with one established processing facility, we are not sourcing a different lot on the open market for every order. When an enquiry comes in, we confirm the form, size and volume with the plant before quoting — so the price and lead time we give you are ones we can hold.

   Inquiry handling — response within the business day

   We discuss the shrimp type, specifications, size, quantity and relevant requirements to understand what you need.

   Supply coordination and quotation — usually within the day

   We coordinate with our processing partner to review product requirements, supply feasibility and commercial terms before sending a quotation.

3. 03

   Order confirmation and preparation

   Once product requirements and commercial terms are agreed, we coordinate preparation or production for the order. Lead time depends on specification, quantity and the specific requirements of the order.

4. 04

   Export coordination and shipment follow-up

   We coordinate documentation, delivery scheduling and buyer updates throughout order fulfilment.

Ta Cong Thanh

Founder — TAVICO SEAFOOD

Beginning his career in logistics before moving into agricultural export trade, Ta Cong Thanh has experience in customer sourcing, quotations, documentation and shipment follow-up through to payment completion.

At TAVICO SEAFOOD, he works directly on international buyer relationships and coordinates commercial requirements throughout the order process.

Our Priority Market: Japan

TAVICO SEAFOOD prioritises building relationships with seafood importers and business partners in Japan. We focus on understanding the market's product specifications and commercial requirements, then coordinating with our processing partner to assess suitable supply arrangements.
