Black Tiger shrimp is one of the most recognizable species in the export trade, valued for its large size, firm bite, and distinctive striped shell. We source from both pond farms and coastal wild-catch fleets across the Mekong Delta, giving buyers a wider size range than farmed Vannamei alone can offer — a common request from retail programs that want a signature large-format shrimp on the shelf.

Processing follows the same cold-chain discipline as our Vannamei line: rapid post-harvest handling, IQF or block freezing, and consistent grading so every carton matches the size count on the label.
